Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has accused Western countries of using millions of dollars to influence an international investigation targeting Russia, calling the funding “bribery” and a “commissioned criminal process.” Lavrov also said Moscow remains ready to resume negotiations with Ukraine, but warned Russia will not abandon its core security demands or halt military operations during talks. He further accused European countries of restricting freedom of navigation, claiming 12 vessels have been detained since the start of 2026. Lavrov also criticized the handling of the Palestine issue and warned that Ukraine could soon expand military conscription to women.
