‘Who Will Teach?’: Abhijeet Dipke Flags Teacher Shortage, School Gaps In Tribal Areas

CJP activist Abhijeet Dipke has launched the ‘Adivasi School Thik Karo’ campaign, focusing on the condition of schools and educational facilities in tribal areas. The campaign team plans to visit schools across Maharashtra, including Gadchiroli, as well as Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Odisha, Gujarat and other states. Dipke has raised concerns over infrastructure, teacher vacancies, student deaths, medical access and Eklavya Model Residential Schools. He has also questioned teachers being deployed for election duties. Dipke says the campaign’s objective is simple: document ground realities, improve schools and uplift marginalised tribal communities.
