According to a report by The Sun, a US diplomat based at the American embassy in London was allegedly detained after authorities reportedly discovered child sexual abuse material on his devices — before being secretly extracted to the United States. The reported operation allegedly involved US Marines raiding the diplomat’s London apartment and a US military-linked flight arriving at a Royal Air Force base in Gloucestershire. British authorities were reportedly informed only after the extraction.
