Fresh satellite imagery indicates Iran is rapidly reconstructing the Taleghan 2 facility at the Parchin military complex, despite the site having been struck twice by Israel.The Institute for Science and International Security says imagery from September 13 shows heavy construction activity beneath a large tarp, along with new concrete reinforcement designed to improve protection against future attacks. The institute says the facility has a history linked to nuclear-weapons-related research, while Iran has consistently denied seeking nuclear weapons.
