Kanpur: A three-year-old boy drowned in floodwater after falling from the roof of a house in Chainganj village under the Rajepur police station area of Farrukhabad on Monday afternoon.The boy, a resident of Sarauli village in Kasganj, had been staying with his maternal uncle. The incident occurred when he was playing on the roof.The family did not immediately realise that Pranshu had fallen. When he remained missing for a long time, relatives searched the floodwater around the house and eventually found him in a field near the roof after considerable effort.They took him to Rajepur Community Health Centre, where doctors declared him dead.
