GURGAON: DCP Gurgaon Sandeep Kumar said on Tuesday that accused Kalyan Singh Bainsla allegedly intended to kill the woman biker involved in the incident.He said the sections pertaining to attempt to murder were added based on the victim’s statement.The DCP further said the video footage clearly showed that the accused deliberately rammed his car into the woman’s bike, indicating an alleged attempt to kill her.He further added that after giving his statement in media, he fled to Rajasthan from where both the accuser were arrested.Police have arrested Kalyan Singh Bainsla and his cousin, Lavish, in connection with the case.“We are yet to interrogate both of them but Kalyan passed obscene comments too”, DCP Sandeep said.
