Nagpur: Three men broke into a shop and decamped with mobile phones and accessories worth ₹6.2 lakh in Shanti Nagar area. The incident came to light on Saturday morning.The shop is located at Dahi Bazaar near Mehndibagh Road. The complainant, Rakesh Taklikar (34), a resident of Yashodhara Nagar, told Shanti Nagar police that he had locked the shop and gone home on the night of Sept 11.Police said the thieves entered the shop after lifting the shutter from one side and laid their hands on 17 mobile phones of various companies and other accessories.When the complainant opened the shop on Saturday morning, he found the phones missing. On checking the CCTV footage, he noticed three persons committing the theft. Shanti Nagar police are scanning CCTV footage from the surrounding areas to trace the accused.
