Nagpur: Sadar police registered an offence against the management of a pub on directions from commissioner of police Vishwas Nangre Patil, who raided the spot in Sadar Chhaoni area after receiving a tip-off about excessive noise late on Saturday evening.The CP was on the road when he heard loud music being played on a DJ system and alerted Sadar police station. Police rushed to the spot and seized the sound system as per procedure, said a senior official from Sadar police station.The action follows a notification issued by the city police last week in line with Supreme Court and high court guidelines on noise pollution.
